Here's a transcript of Paula's part of the video. I'm sure it's not perfect since I did it quickly, and I couldn't quite catch what she said at the end (it seemed like she was rushing a bit at that point to end her segment).

1:50 -- Hello! Today I will present [to] you two new features. I will start with the economy overview. You can find the economy overview if you click here. So now I will look on [at] my brew production, and you can see I have a negative balance with wheat. So I produce -4 per hour. This is not good. Because [of] that, now I will build one farm again so the balance should be then better. We will try this. So with one farm more my production looks very good. So now let us have a look how the production changed. And it's +/- 0. So I have the same production than [as] the consumption. This is the best you can get.

2:40 -- And then we have also the new trade for you, you can come to them if you click here. So you can see we changed the layout. You can find on the right side filters and the search bar to find better the things you want to buy. Now I [will] show you how you can place an offer. I select first the resource I want to spend and the amount, and then what I want to have. It's something different [from] before. Before all players can accept one offer several times. Now you only can accept one offer one time and not more, but you can have one trade several times in the trade. So these are my lots. I will have two lots for this trade, and then I will add the offer. And here you can see my trade with two times... I have two times this trade, the planks for the copper and the time... the remaining time with the trade (??).

Thanks for the changes, I like the economy overview-something I ask for a while back. When do the changes take place?
IMHO the video was good, you guys aren't actors, so don't listen to all the negetive comments.
