game stuck

Hi, I'm new as in super new. Just registered a few minutes ago and im trying to get the game started but it seem to be stuck in the loading screen. The loading bar already indicates that is fully loaded and still nothing happens. Been waiting for about 10-20 minutes now. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks in advance.

Try refreshing your browser, then clear your browser cache, and try logging back in again. That might help.
If not, I would send a ticket to Support - they'll help you! :-)
