Witch of the swamp and island of pirates maps updated, some troop counts changed and optimized, and higher resolution maps

Thanks a lot for the guide. In case anyone else is tempted - I just tried skipping the last leader camp (immediately before the tower) and received the usual loot but only 4473 xp.
