Ghost is more like Anselm in some ways - and might be the first I give lightning strike to - since she's already last strike.

But early testing shows that may be bugged ...

Not bugged but the way it works with her is different from other generals. Since she is a last strike general you don't see the separate strike hit in battle reports, instead they show a single but double strength hit.
