my original poll on this issue has been taken down, before i could see the results of it. sooo, im posing it again

last week, i used a rabbit charm buff on a gold mine, turned it on, and it wasnt working, even though there was nothing blocking th entrance to it. the rabbit buff lasts 48 hrs, and triples output. BB, after a lengthy exchange, gave me 199 gems, which'll cover a red flying settler. the flying settler also triples output, however it only lasts 24 hrs. i feel i am owed another 199 gems for another red flying settler to cover the entire time of th wasted rabbit charm. plz vote on this people, i wuld like to kno if im out of bounds w this request

If you feel you were not compensated appropriately, that is between you and BB support. Also, they are probably better able to determine the specifics of the situation. We have no way of knowing if this was a server glitch, or if you forgot to wake up the mine after buffing, or any other possible scenarios which could've caused this. It's not really up to the community to determine this kind of thing.

None of that doesn't mean he shouldnt have the right to discuss it with whoever he wants to, which in this case he desided to discuss it with the TSO player community. His original thread being deleted by BB thus silencing him is frankly a far worse situation than whether or not he makes a post about his rabbit foot reimbursement yet I don't see you saying anything about that...

How do you know he told the whole, actual truth? I'm not a fan of BB removing threads either, but ... what if it was done to spare him the embarrassment of BB discovering that the rabbit charm worked for 40 hours before the bug caused him to lose output from the mine?

I think BB's made it clear, through other threads, (look at the dimwit evfarden or whoever, that gave out their pwd & then was dumb enough to come in here & complain about being hacked, as a prime example), that these types of issues are resolved between BB & the player.

Or perhaps, one of the mods accidentally deleted this in their efforts to remove a number of posts related to the pathing issue.

Or maybe, (and this one gets my vote), they thought this thread was fricking STUPID and took it down on general principle.

I think BB's made it clear, through other threads, (look at the dimwit evfarden or whoever, that gave out their pwd & then was dumb enough to come in here & complain about being hacked, as a prime example), that these types of issues are resolved between BB & the player.

ok, let me start by saying that yes, my original post and poll were removed from the forum. 2nd, it was in fact a server glitch that happened after the update involving the pathing changes. 3rd, i did indeed wake my mine up, there was no green production time bar when woken up as there should be, no ore was coming out of the mine, and the buff was wasted. and lastly, im not whining on here, i wanted an honest response from the community on this issue, as BB has yet to respond to my request for another 199 gems. thank you to those who spend time in the forums, and who both commented on here and voted, even those who had negative comments to make, as all feedback is welcome, even feedback i dont agree with. thats the point of posting a poll on an issue like this
