Server down, no customer service/support

Would be nice if a game that you can play 24/7 would have a night shift person to feed the hamster that runs your pathetic servers. Game has been flaky all day and I can't login nor can several others.

BB is planning the next patch to fix this. For 25k gems, you can play on a stable server for 1 week. Would this shock anyone?

The server is, and has been, up for me. Are you guys still having problems?

yep. trades wont go through or at best you can accept them at a rate of 1 per minute. Makes it very tough to play when I have traded for 80k wheat, 80k flour, and 160k water today and cant get it

Yes, BB_Katealyst I'm still having the same problem today (all week). I've sent sent tickets to support and BB_MrGrimm is working on the problem. This has been going on for the last couple of months for me (off/on). The messages I get for the server are: Server Zone Init Failed/Connection to Server Lost. Even after the bug to fix the running settler was fixed, he's still running on my island. The newest bug to pop up is the freeze. IE when shutting down buildings or moving items from the star menu to the mayor's house, the application will freeze (the timers on the buildings however continue to count down. I've tried running other browsers (goggle chrome/firefox to no avail. I'm running the current Flash Player (11.3.300.268) and switched back to 11.3.300.257. No change. I've delated cache, cookies, temp internet files on a daily basis. No change. I'm currently usuing internet exployer 9.0. I've been usuing this since I started playing the game. I had absolutely no problem in the tutorial stage and up through level 25. The problems for me started when the soccer tournament started and have not stopped. Are you playing off the same server as the rest of us?? It's been suggested by other players that the one server for the US can't handle the traffic. Is this true?? I'm sorry to say I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to quit and take my money elsewhere if this can't be resolved. Please help. Thank you very much. Have a great day!!
