Thread: Server down, no customer service/support

    I had tons of trouble yesterday for pretty much the entire evening, but everything's been fine today. I have been in and out, but while I was on for a stretch some guildmates said they were kicked/had a big slowdown... but I didn't experience any of that. So maybe it's somewhat random? Or maybe there's some factor to it, like having an active adventure open? I dunno.

    Lag the last few days, a gradual lag, then came last night. The evil lag monster took complete control and crashed everything for hours on end.
    Restart to today, lag again, then yet another crash (this one on purpose), and here we are with apparently less lag for now.

    Alright guys, thanks for the information! It has been passed up the chain in order to get it resolved. Please let me know if things get better (or worse).

    I have been trying to get in all day but havent been able to. I login in and hit play but it just sits there on the loading screen and I have tried it on two different computers and 2 different internet connections

    As compensation for last night not feeding the hamster event, i think you should hold a happy hour event, 50% off all gem packages

    I was unable to log in (intermittently) for about 2 hours last night (maybe longer but I went to bed), starting at about 10:15 PM Pacific.     Initially had issues with getting kicked out or map not loading when visiting others to buff. Since then, the game not loading since for several days now. Goes to Tip of the Day and stops.

    OK, like I said, this has been several days ongoing now with no changes. Game will still not load and its frustrating. Mines that were newly deposited I can only hope are being buffed by guild members but everything else has no doubt been depleted.

    I managed to get on for about 20 minutes today but that was at least an hour and a half ago and I was kicked and have been unable to get back on since then. been sitting on the load screen.

    I guess so. I've resubmitted the same problem for tickets at least 3 times now and I've been unable to log in for almost .... A WEEK. At some point I'm going to stop resubmitting tickets and just walk away do something else. Not by choice but if I cant log in....
