Server down, no customer service/support

It's pretty much the same as I posted in an earlier reply. "Server Zone Init Failed" is the message of the day so far. Can you please explain to me what happens to all the players who have left the game, but their islands are still active. Can this contribute to a server overload? I hope this gets resolved soon. It's a real drag when it happens all day, every day. Thanks BB_Katealyst.

Still cant login and this is the 3rd day in a row with trouble

programmers must be on vacation, most of the year. been 2 months since I have been able to log in

another day without being able to login. i am sure by now the 2 copper mines i was able to get up before I was kicked out the other days are depeleted or close to it. It would be nice to get in or at least have something on the main page about the server issues.

I can login but I have gone 8 days now with no chat which also means I can't trade.

Okay I don't know really what to say here, other then the obvious, I can log in, but can't get into the game.. It just wont load up..

I really don't know what else to say about this issue other than what I have posted already BB_Katealyst. For over 2 months and counting I have had server problems, running settlers, and now freezes. I have sent numerous tickets to support for help. The only replies have been secret messages from BB_MrGrimm and his attempt at fixing the problem. The latest message from him was on 8/01/12, indicating that he has escalated this problem directly to the development team, and he's waiting to hear back from them. That was 8 days ago and counting. I think I've been pretty patient and understanding throughout this ordeal. The game isn't fun anymore, so I hope it's fixed soon. Thanks

I cant get into test server, been trying for 45 hours now.
