Guild House Deed

I'm currently the Guild Administrator for Guild Blood_Raider [jms]. The Guild leader and all the other Guild members have been gone for quite some time now. I'm the last of the Guild. I aware that I can leave the guild and join another. I really don't want to do that. Is it possible to obtain the Guild House Deed from the Leader of the guild and transfer it to the Guild Administrator (me)? Thank you for your help.

Not at this time. The guild leaders have been asking for this feature for a year now.

Yea this is not gonna happen anytime soon. I guess you can still kick people and recruit right? It's been a long time since i was an officer. If you're at least lvl 26 and know the ins and outs of the game ill take you on as an officer. I'm the leader of Walking Dead [WgDd] is us. Good luck either way cuz a guild all to yourself is no fun

Thank you both for your replies. I'm not sure why, but I can't add or delete members in the guild. I still can't even get on the chat line. The guild leader left about 2 weeks after he assigned me as the guild administrator. I appreciate the offer Kaspa000, but I'm still not sure what my actual duties are, and I know next to nothing about running a guild. I've been basically training myself, with help from the forums to reach my current level of 38. I'm sure I still have a lot to learn, and have been spending the majority of my time with trades, mines, reading/posting on the forums. Thanks again for all your help!
