Test Server Prob

For 14 hours today I've tried to sign onto this server from different computers, a couple diff accounts that I made today just to try it out... and not sure why I still cant get in.

I've been further than that screen a couple times but usually thats what it shows me. I left work early today just so I could make sure to come home and log into the test server on time. It doesnt really get past this point and I was wondering what Im doing wrong,... thanks!

You're doing nothing wrong. The test server is so flooded that many of us can't get past the queue screen. They know of the issue, but they don't sound very optimistic about it being fixed.
