voucher code for playing on test server dosen't work

I keeping getting meassage saying invalid code, i checked the code 2 times but haven't been able to log into test server to see if it was changed.

I put my code in and did not receive anything. If I re enter the code I get a message that it has been redeemed. Also i can not log on to the test server anymore.

I've had problems with 2 codes. My 2nd code was identical to my first, so couldn't be redeemed. And my 4th was invalid.
