Waiting quest "freinds" not completing

I have tried to complete the "Freinds" quest by buffing a friends building twice now and it still will not complete. There is no finishing button to complete the quest. What is a waiting quest?? Do I have to wait for a certian amount of time before it will finish?

Waiting quest is a quest that's waiting for daily quests to finish. I believe.

you have to finish the daily quest/current quest.......thats why its called waiting.....

It would be nice if that information was available as you hover your mouse over the 'Waiting Quest' header.
It's not necessary to be snide when responding to the question. There is no way to know what 'Waiting Quest' is "waiting" for simply by looking at the information available in-game.
