    Test Server Reward Code Not Working

    I got a reward code for playing on the server on the 10th, but when I tried to use it on the regular server it kept coming up invalid. I did receive two mail with the same code, was that a problem? Now I'm afraid I missed the reward, even though it says that the code is good through the 13th. Anyone else have this problem?

    I have the same problem I really like this game but they need to fix these problems

    Today for the first time I was successfully able to log into the test
    client, since the test event began i've only been able to sit in a Que(which at one point told me it was a 3 day wait rofl) with
    no access to the mail in test.
    Today I managed to actually get in (14TH) only to find in the test mail a
    voucher that expired yesterday (13th). Not only that it was sent twice rubbing it
    in This plainly sucks!! <------ SAD PANDA!

    Angry Testing reward Voucher Code not redeemable - reward doesn't show up in Star Menu!!

    I have also tried to redeem mine. Got the message that it would be sent shortly, but after 24 hours it never came. So I tried again - the message said this code was already redeemed. So 2 days of trying to log in through unending queues only to have the code NOT WORK??

    C'mon BlueByte - can't you redeem codes you give out??!!

    yeah i have no gotten my second reward yet did the code and it said it will be added to my account but never got it

    I'm having the same problem, I input the voucher code CE4-58EB-7454 I received the morning of the 13th for test server on my regular account homepage, and am still waiting for the reward on my main account. It was input correctly via my regular account homepage. It also says "Voucher already redeemed" if I attempt to input the code again. I contacted support, this is what they said:

    "Thank you for sending in your question. Support does not have any access to accounts made for the test server. This server is not supported by support and is only used to test out new or upcoming additions to the actual game on the regular server. I apologize but we are unable to assist with any issues regarding the test server.
    Because the vouchers are given for participating on the test server, support has no information on them. Try posting on the forums for the test server to receive assistance with this issue.

    I've also posted on the test server forums, and hope everyone who missed out on their promised rewards receives them shortly. Thank you.

    I got the first, and the third, but the second one never came. Was supposed to be a special one too. Kinda disappointing.

    Same with my code as well...it said I would recive it shortly...but still haven't gotten that one, but yet the new code today worked...

    These problems are not part of the live server, the problem originates with the test server & should be placed in the forum for that. That is where players who had contacted support about voucher problems were directed too so it could be seen, don't waste yr time contacting support for them as there is none available for the test server.
    I f you haven't received the items on yr live server then chances are you probably won't once the voucher expires.I didn't receive one of them & have given up hope that I will, but I didnt get all the others.
