Test Server Reward Code Not Working

I think the test server event is fantastic. Few games ever take the time to work on issues with the input of current players. I like the chance to get a sneak peak & fool around with some of the new features ahead of time. I have had issues getting onto the test server & redeeming a code as others have experienced but let us remember "It is a test server" the whole idea is to identify bugs & report them so when the changes are incorporated in our games, they are as smooth as possible. I'm done kissing up but it is how I see it.

Same for me. I posted the problem on both the live server and the test server. They both said the same exact thing. Live said it was the test server problem, test said it was the live problem. Sounds like finger pointing to me. :-)

I had managed to get logged into the test server from the 9th - 14th but not the last couple days. I received the first two codes, the 1st one worked for me, the second one didn't, the third one I got from another player in chat and it worked. I agree with what JonnyBravo said above. I hope I am able to get back in before the event is over. : )
