TSO Test Server Event 8/9 - 8/27

I logged in today to do some testing on the server. I was doing just fine, then I reached level 12 and was told to build a Trade Office. When I used the build tab menu, the Trade Office said I had to be level 12 to build. When I asked in the help tab, a couple people said to log out and log back in. Well, I tried it and I can't access the server now. I had this problem the week of the 16th. I managed to get on the server on Monday the 13th. I tried again several times afterward, but the game didn't recognize my account for some reason. When I finally got logged in today I had mail from the game with a voucher code that expired on the 18th. Now I can't use it and I worry that I will have the same problem this week and I will lose my gift again for this week's testing.

Every time I try to login it takes me back to the login page. I have tried changing my password but this doesn't help. I have played the test server once and now can't log back in. Very frustating that I can't get any bonuses.

i have tried to log on over 20 times today with no luck.. is something wrong? also 100 hwp as a reward for participating???? is it worth my time testing this for you if the rewards are like that? U mite want to make an adjustment to the rewards

and also, one of my reward codes didnt work, it said it was expired

I like most of the changes, however the new trade office box is not one of them. It is impossible to search through the trade list with the auto refresh throwing you back to the top of the list every few seconds, so PLEASE get rid of the auto refresh.

Also, I have a quest (Treasure Search) that will not clear off my list. My explorer has found the required stone several times and even though the green bar shows it is finished, it still will not clear.

I have had the account with the test server since the Easter event was being tested. I am STILL having the same login issues that I was then. Based on the comments I have read here, I am not alone either. DO THEY EVEN CARE?!

The rewards aren't that nice ( so far as what I have been getting)....but better then nothing at all.

trade filter - when I did my search for only those listing for a specific item the screen appeared to update to the general list whenever someone posted a new trade. I didn't have enough time to scroll through the search list before it changed.

The only other issue that I've been having has to do with actually logging into the test server. The system doesn't seem to recall my email address/password or the user name that I'm using on the test server. I constantly need to go through "forgot password", and now when I do that I'm not sent to the test server, I'm sent to the companies website home page.

I am running the game through Google Chrome. I have been playing on the test server since it's conception and have really enjoyed testing. One thing that I have noticed is that even though I have a Trade Office and at level 21, I still do not have the trade tab option on the bottom left. Could you check and see if an issue with Google Chrome interpretation or what? Thank you.

I seem to have a lot of trouble with the new trade system. It refreshes so quickly that I dont have time to make my purchase choices.
