TSO Test Server Event 8/9 - 8/27

New Test Server Event

From August 9th to August 27th, we will be hosting a huge testing event where you can win loads of cool prizes for your regular account. All you need to do is log into your test-server account between any two of the specified dates (on the picture, 10th to 13th, 13th to 15th etc...) and play for at least 15 minutes. For example, if you login between the 10-13 you get a prize, but if you log in between the 17-20 you get a different prize. There are 8 prizes to earn in total. You will receive rewards for your testing at the end of that specific testing phase (13th, 15th, 17th etc.) that can be used on your main TSO account!

I like the game as you have it here, but some of the quests do not reward like they are supposed to, for instance, the special buff you gave for the barracks, I used it and still 2 days later it is still waiting for me to use it. I do not feel I should have to buy a packet of gems to do that quest. Otherwise not too bad actually I like it. Thank You Judith Cox aka Elaine of Covet Accord.

ummm i Really enjoy playing the test. The wait time to get in the server was a headache at times but it seems like you may have fixed that. I do like the gameplay, it is a lot more smoother and the new tutorial makes it easier to understand. The only thing that i didnt like is how i was suppose to get a reward for playing but dont recall getting one and yes i did verify my email....lol

I was able to get into the test system on Friday the 10th, before I was kicked out, but have had no luck since then. Every time I try to log in, it goes to a white page, then back to the home page. It's noted on the home page that this was a bug that was fixed. Not for me. I sent a support ticket (8/11), and as usual, no response. Can you please help me BB_Katealyst. Thank you very much.

Hi! I am stuck on level 4 and have been for days. I can't seem to find an answer, can you help me? On level 4 I can only build Pine Cutters, Pine Foresters, and Pine Saw Mills. I have tried everything. But with the Mayors House filled with Pine wood, I couldn't finish the Letter Quest. But actually it should have been done, it took a little of the wood and planks and it filled up the Mayors House. Yet when it came to the "Letter Quest" it shows that only 3/4 of the quest was completed. But that is wrong! No where in the quest does it state amount, so I should have had the Quest completed, and went to the next level.
Now for the next level, I need 30 exp. points. How do I get that? Not from building. I tried to knock down my buildings and rebuild ... no exp points. I am literally stuck. Please I am begging someone to fix my game, as I want to keep testing! I have been testing since before they offered gifts. I find it not fair that I have been waiting and waiting and wasting valuable time. I found a glitch to be fixed in the game, yet nothing has been or said about it.
I think I deserve to have someone recognize what I am saying and actually tell me!!!! I am not the only one who is stuck on level 4.
What can I do or say, or who can I talk to that will do something for us! I love this game, you (the Team and makers) seem to really care like no other games I have played. This IS the best of all games I have ever played. Mod's care, the people who make this game care, please someone take time out to answer some of us who feel left out in the cold. I understand everyone is busy. Just take out some time and talk to me/us.

Hey, i like the features on the test server, they run pretty smoothly and havent had any problems waiting/refreshing didnt solve. Tutorial is a little overboard but nobody should have to ask about basics anymore, thats for sure. Only this is, i didnt get a "reward" for doing monday's event, or the one before it. Typed in the voucher code and nothing happened on my acct. Not a huge deal but i DO like prizes thanks for your time

It would be nice to get that 2nd prize we were supposed to get from logging in. There are a ton of people that havent gotten it even though they have entered the code correctly including me. I would really love the fish deposit so I can refill my fish spot without having to use the bread i am saving for settlers
