it appears that not everybody within the guild has the same subquest to complete - in speaking with other guildies, some of us had to 'increase stock', others had to 'make available' & still others had to 'trade for', so it's possible that guildmembers who receive the 'make available' quest could cancel & the guild could still complete the quest.
it also appears as if xp rewards differ, but we're having a hard time figuring out how this is calculated. is it by lvl? is it by difficulty of assignment? is it by length of time in guild? it appears as if lvl has something to do with it, but it can't just be that (a player 1 lvl below me received 37 less xp while a player 2 lvls above me received only 10 more). can we get a little more info on how this works?
it seems as tho the sub-quest difficulty is based on the players level and the exp given is based off of those two things. So the higher the level the higher the exp given-thus why in most guilds the guild leader would get the largest amount of exp as they would normally be the highest level![]()
The word for the Guild Quests is
"DISASTROUS"!
Can you say DISASTROUS boys and girls?
I like most of the things in the game. but the rewards for the new guild quests are pathetic. I had to give up the equivalent of 87 gc to get a reward of approximately 18 gc. Most of the people in my guild chose not to do it. I can't fault them for that.
Hopefully, next week, the rewards for the quests, or the cost of the quests will be altered to make the guild quests worth doing.

Agreed, yes, not worth it, here are some of the quests for my Guild:
Give 2000 HW and 5000 Fish... to get 10 GC and 5 Granite (22 XP if 22 guild members complete sidequests)
Give 400 Steel... to get 10 GC and 5 Granite (26 XP if 22 guild members complete sidequests)
Give 1000 Horse and 2000 Marble... to get 10 GC and 5 Granite (28 XP if 22 guild members complete sidequests)
22-28 experience... seriously?
I wouldn't mind another way of getting experience, and was looking forward to Guild Quests, but my guild and I are not bothering with them until this changes.
My guild quest wasn't too bad, all i had to do was raise 2k iron ore.
almost everyone else in my guild was given the quest to "make this or that available" at ridiculously crappy exchange rate. we now have 23/26 people done with the quest, because i apparently did not get the warning out there early enough.
beyond this, i'm surprised there is no "cancel" button for the guild quest to either get rid of it or move on to the next one that's waiting. (after further research, only the guild leader can cancel the guild quest... hope your guild leader is active folks!). we will be cancelling this quest, and prolly most of them until they are improved or fixed. i'll tell my people to only accept the ones that give a reward for gain, or action... not for "make available at ridiculously crappy trade rate".
I was hoping for a guild quest like, "each member complete an adventure, or this specific adventure" actions, not just "give us this stuff for next to nothing"
oh cmon - today's guild ques is rise 50 gc my stock and make 600 sausages - and guesss the reward. 10 gc and 5 granite - quite impresive huh?
Are too many resources in this game? Why you fool us with this system? What is wrong with you?
I don't understand how the developers of this game would ever think these quests are fair or equitable in any way. If any of them had played THEIR game for a week they would have a better idea of the value of resources versus experience points then what is presented in these guild/personal quests.
