Lag lag lag

Servers are lagging bad. They have been for 2 hours now. Having issues with chat spamming and locking, building queues not loading, trades taking forever, mail system not sending or receiving.

Yes I cannot buff a friend - I keep on getting timed out (hit button to refresh and it logs me out). Also I see a few of my guild members have timed out. I suspect at least 1 of them is unable to log back in since he was on the last fight of an adventure with me and after his 3rd disconnect his still has not returned. Server is not in a good state.
