Sad thing to say but I'm glad there are others that cannot sign on for 11 days ... thought I was the only one on this deserted Island. I hope all of us get back on our games so we can salvage whatever we can before the island itself decays to nothing and we have to start all over .... like that is going to happen lol.
is it weird we all started in march and we all r locked out :O hummm things r starting to make sense now lmao. our island has paused after day 3 so the damage isn't to bad. but its time the dev get there butts in gear.
also this may sound weird but did both of u clean ur cache and refresh? and clean ur flash cache. sorry had to ask
it doesn't sound weird Jackrack it seems like it is the "question of the day" lol. I have cleared everything so often I wore off my finger prints doing it. There is definitely a problem with the system and for whatever reason we were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Let's hope that BB can find the issue and correct it soon. I do not want to miss the Easter Event .. I want that second Vet

funny you noticed the date.... that is kind of odd....and i feel like this is my 4th easter event not 3rd.... who knows when i started it was via a promotion for another game i played.. you know get to level 10 and get game money for the game your playing thing... liked that you did not need endless fb friends to play it and had fun with it for a long time before i even got active and later joined a guild....
and yes I have tried and tried clearing all of it as they asked.... even have done that in other browsers... always the same... more odd is if you look at the error in the code on the page of all of the browsers it says that flash, and java are not up to date.. but they are as i have checked that also .... it also says you need to have cookies enabled and well i have that on also... i have checked and re checked.... Today I also sent copies of that to support hoping that helps them...
We (support and I) even took my account off FB log in and swapped it to log into Uplay direct, in case it was a FB thing... but no go.... they clear my zone and it locks again...
Had the same crash back in December but it cleared itself by the next day.... lost a water mill which support sent me compensation to get a new one.. I will say they are good about that sort of thing.... course I can not get on to even get that... lol
Whatever this is its really messed with so many people... I recall a long time ago being unable to get on for a week I think it was... course I was still new to the game and not really addicted like I am now...but they did send some stuff after to make that right....
For now I was deep in a fairy tale map that will expire soon, and am sure my rabbid wrabbits have run out of wheat and are probably making havoc on the town... lol ... and i am bored with the real world.... very very bored...
Oh one more thing: My friend and guild say that they can not even visit my island to buff it or look at it.... is that true for the rest of you.... do people get an error or time out if they try to go visit you?
