This is my fault, not BB's fault. I should know better than to sink hundreds of of my hard-earned dollars into a game that you can't even play. Hello out there! Get an Xbox or something you actually take home with you. Much more likely to work in the long haul. Rest assured that the Terms you agreed to when you signed up made it legally clear that you could be dumb enough to spend your money, but they have the right to have it shut down at any time and you have no recourse. Please be smart enough to play these games for free, if you play them at all. I wasn't. Wake up and quit paying for online games.

me too. started late last night so I thought it may have been involved with the U-play update but this afternoon still nothing. lvl 50 Gemmer been playing for years with no problems....wth??

Those of you who continue to be locked out of the game due to severe zone crashes have been offered the option to create a new account while we investigate your accounts. As stated in the mail, this may take some time and we want to make sure that you are able to play in the meantime. If you are experiencing severe zone locks, please submit a ticket to Support.

Since this thread was a direct result of the issues from the 2/27 maintenance, I am closing it to better keep track of zone issues unrelated to the 2/27 maintenance. If you are experiencing new severe zone locks, please submit a ticket to Support or create a new thread.
