wats wrong?!

my chat is constantly down, it makes it hard to trade if im refreshing every 5mins, and being a guild leader i cannot chat or help my members, it seems like this is happening to me every other day, i have been told to clear my cache, i do it every time i refresh before i log back in........can anyone help me with this?

I know what ya mean unknown.......I am having huge lag issues, all chats stop for 3-4 mins at a time and my mouse quits clicking. normally I would just get a server reset but it won't do that, just have to wait until it kicks back in

I'm having this issue also and it's getting to be quite irritating...also - does anyone else notice that their geologists are starting over or are returning without finding any deposits when you know they are supposed to find something???? Except for the stone, marble, and iron deposits that rotate back and forth, all of the deposits are in the exact same place every single time....I can handle resending for all of the deposits but coal is getting to be a major problem when that takes 8 hrs to find one deposit instead of 4...or 4 instead of 2 (depending on which geo you have). I've only noticed this happening (the major lag problem also) since the upgrades they implemented...HELP US OUT PLEASE!!!
