Level 4 friary upgrading to level 5

Ok my Friary is not producing anything, it gets stuck at the last seconds of making brew, I have tried moving it to a different locations (with nothing around it at all), the count down starts on it again and when it gets down to the last few seconds it stops. any help?

By design, none of the buildings produce/process/train while upgrading.
