buildings turning back on

I had a issue last week with buildings turning there selfs back on, thought i had forgot to turn them off when I logged on but as I turned them off they came back on a short time later, finally got them off and it seamed to work fine till today I logged in and everything was on I can live with using up the resources unbuffed but loosing 3 building license on my mines was quite upsetting

Building licenses on mines are returned when the mine collapses, you don't lose them, actually you end up re-using them
