Where are my rewards?

I'm so confused and angry with this problem. I didn't have the rewards after finishing all my daily quest or guide quest although I receive the annouce ment. Why??? Can someone check it pls? It's so unacceptable

Did you go back into your quest menu and click "claim reward" ? If so, and still no rewards then you will want to turn in a support ticket, and a bug report. It can take up to 48 hours for support to contact you with a solution, but they will work with you to find one.
