Looks like advertising propaganda imo. They list the price of 10k gems if u bought them in the smallest increments.

the basic gem cost is: $1 = 100 gems
so $100 = 10,000 gems
For buying higher value packages you tend to get added value for your purchase

It's just marketing.

All they did was remove the part that used to say "Bonus 14,000" or whatever it was. It's still the same package
