What is the fair price of 400 exotic wood?

I want to acquire some exotic wood and I don't know what is a good price and generally accepted "fair" price for 400 of this commodity?

I have seen a stack on the trade window for as much as 140GC, and as little as 80GC. Usually prices change depending on how much you want to buy, and whether or not you are willing to send the trades.

Based on the trade calculator an even trade would be 262 GC. Market values do fluctuate however, so on any given day it could be higher or lower. Based on what you've seen Carcator, I hope the trade calculator I'm usuing isn't outdated.

Logs sell for about 100, planks for about 150.

However, I often find it easy to trade 400 logs for 400 planks. Probably because people need them for crossbow makers?

That means you really don't need to build an exotic mill.
