BB needs to equalize compensation

there is currently a glitch where it is possible to invite some1 to an adventure, and the invited person never receives the invite, leaving them stuck for the open position. this happend to 2 of my guild mates at 2 seperate times. they both sent in a suppot ticket on it. 1 of them received 300 map frags as compensation. the other got nothing. y is this BB? same glitch, same detrimental effect, should equal same compensation

From what I have gathered since July of 2011, when this was first reported, that you need a general on your island and must be on your island to avoid this bug.

its not really the bug im talking bout here, its the fact tht 2 dif people had the same issue, and 1 received compensation while the other didnt. they need a set of guidelines on compensation for bugs like this, especially 1 tht is a known issue, rather than just leaving it all as a case by case decision.

I agree consistency should be key when giving out solutions and/or compensation for problems in the game.

who give a **** about compensation. They should just fix there game this bug has been around forever. Why dont they fix it instead of adding fail things to the game like quests and guild quests.

The person should contact support about their complaint, BB usually compensates with little argument I have found in the past.

I'm sure they have considered zero compensation as an equitable solution.
