Halloween Master General AKA Grim Reaper General

Ok, I realize it is probably just a bad translation, but what is a "Master General"?
I assume they mean Battle Hardened General when they say the Halloween general is the same as the Master General with a different skin.
Can someone that has one from last year or a BB employee verify this for me please?

wish they had done something just abit different... like 220 units, plus perks.. no reason to try for one if he's just faster than the others.. I send all geneerals at once, go play another game, then come back when they all get there..lol

He's great to ferry troops back and forth if you can't fit your entire BK squad on your existing generals.

... 1300 pumpkins.. even 500 wouldnt be worth it for just a fast general.. I hope they make him a 250 gen.. that would at least really get people back into the game to grind for it.. at least make one available insubsequent events.

Theres a potential game balance issue coming here between free to play and pay players on this one. If free players are second rate in PVP or even the existing game because its impossible to attain such a unit, you have separated your 2-tier playing system too much. I hope BB takes heed of this and keeps the playing field level or it may seriously hamper the popularity of their great game!

He isn't a 250 general, he is only a 200 general... Nothing more.. He is worth it... takes bandit camps and bandit leaders down very fast.. Its your choice.
