That's hardly the same, isn't it?
If the blocked camp is a regular camp and the leader is a regular camp -- you can buy yourself an extra half a teardown time (which is kinda unpredictable, but available) by using the worst-case (minimum rounds) as being all victories / no defeats (I've built 3 blocks that I know to invade/rely on this buffer)

If the blocked camp is a regular -- and the leader is a tower / castle / church -- you have to account for the extra 7-9 rounds for teardown (3.5-4.5 rounds using a fast gen).

It only really applies to blocking the DP church, the Traitors castle, the BK tower/castle and the Old Friends Tower. I'm not sure any of them are worth the effort/risk (although I've been itching to try the Traitors castle once I get cannons)

What is "an extra half a teardown time"?
Are you referring to the the extra 20 seconds you get for destruction on a winning block?

Where does this information come from?
Btw, the destruction time is always a whole number of rounds (multiple of 10 with a fast gen), just an FYI.

To answer with certainty if anything is ever worth the risk, the risk must be calculated.

    When I build this block:

Camp A was blocked to "worst case" win in 5 rounds:

In this case, the 5 rounds came and went -- and the colourbar appeared -- which bought just enough time for the vet to kill the leader:

Reliable block -- but the timing is REALLY tight -- it needs to invade that half teardown-time buffer, relying on the vet teardown to be twice as fast as the normal block.

So you DO understand how important it is to know the exact destruction times, and how extra 10 seconds on that leader fight could've easily screwed you.
What are we talking about again?

Why not just go suck on a 12 gauge right now, instead of leaving it to chance?

You're dumber than a box of rocks if that's what you took away from my post.

Define civil, please. Are you objecting to the sarcasm Lamosos displayed, or my observation of his potential intelligence?

Now that you're sliding down that slope, I do hope you're prepared to make it clear where your lines are.

No, that isn't all I took from your post.
I could've also pointed out the fact that you're a poor senile fool who doesn't have a d4mn clue about what goes on around him.
However, I see no reason to lower myself to your level.
Go drool elsewhere, grandpa, leave games for the kids.
