broken handcart deed

I got a broken handcart deed on an adventure and I haven't used it because I don't know if it gives me a broken handcart building or I can use it to build any building I want. Does anybody know what this deed does?

a broken handcart is........... a broken handcart, it doesnt do anything except be....... a broken handcart. It is just a decoration that some advents will give you, just as the horseman statue, etc. However, in some advents there are available as a loot drop. The dark castle (BK-Black Knights), the white castle(SFTR - Stealing From The Rich) and the witch tower (DB - Dark Brotherhood) that will add to your population cap.
