But I agree, HelpDesk/PR is the worse I ever seen. Completely nonexistent. The usual argument that is still beta doesn't hold water. A popup message saying there is an issue, they are aware, they are trying to fix - would suffice. But no message, and we continue to hope...I guess hope is the only thing that keeps us playing.

Not bloody likely. SFTR has a 4-day window on it. If he only had 20 mins left on the adventure, I think it's safe to say he burned more than 3 days already.

I can do SFTR in less then two hours...how long does it take you to play and adventure out?

They don't get payed to baby sit us and tell us every single detail on whats going on... It's still in beta for a reason, they're job is to make sure the game runs smoothly and hope for the best that is why it's still in beta testing... So not knowing what's going on should be fine with you considering they are already trying to fix the problem which you should be more concern about if they can fix it or not.
