To be honest, they should at least mention that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it somewhere other than the maintenance screen.
On the other hand, considering the day and time of the occurrence, the knee-jerk reactions about lack of customer service aren't really warranted.
There are far, far worse examples of customer 'service' out there. The game that I dropped to join this one is a good example... I'm not sure, but I think that they literally hated their customers and worked not to help them, but to actively get them to quit after a certain amount of time if they didn't spend, no matter how much they'd spent in the past. And of course in their forums you would encounter the usual aggressive apologists who seemed to delight in belittling others who posted legitimate complaints about the glitches and the lack of customer service. I barely see any of that here, thankfully.
