    You know I remember way back when world of warcraft first came out. It was a nightmare for the first 8 months...horrible lag, long log in queues, lots of crashes, Tuesday maintenance that always went way over the alloted time...and this was a game that was not beta but a full release and with a huge budget. After that there were some improvements and eventually the game got really really good and the community reps learned eventually to keep the players in the loop as much as possible.

    BB/UBI are still learning what it takes for great customer service, but you can't fault them for anything. It's Sunday (well technically Monday now) and like Mulluane said, I doubt the community managers are available to post. Yes this is a mistake, they should have 1 community manager on call in case of a situation like this so they can come into the forums and at the very least say something like "Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware there is a problem with the server and we are working to try to resolve the issue. When we know more we will let you know"

    But maybe they will learn, just give it time. It took world of warcraft's team over a year (over a year after the official release) to realize they needed to keep the players informed of what's going on. This is very typical of MMO's. Some rare MMO's may get it right right away but most don't and need to learn it.

    Hopefully the issue(s) will be resolved soon and we can get back to playing.

    Great timing, only chance to log in for my day 7 gems. Worked all day, gotta go to bed right away, been sitting in front of this stupid computer instead of sleeping. Thanks a lot BB, appreciate it

    I can't connect or log in at all... Please help... I was right in the middle of something and all of a sudden the message popped up and said that I had to refresh my client and now I can't log in at all.

    I get either "Please refresh the client." or "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again." This is getting old. Last few weeks has been more problems than fun. When will this be fixed?
