For Windows
1. go to Start >> Run >> type cmd
2. then when the box opens type this C:\> ipconfig /flushdns

Might have to do it a couple of times....

i'm still down too. i have a friend who said this "server zone crash" thing happened to her a couple of weeks ago, and it continued several days until the next maintenance. here's hoping maintenance will fix it if they can't get it done sooner.

Still down as of 3:45pm Tuesday. Getting "Server Zone Crashed" & "Server Call Failed" as soon as the Login Que window appears.
Tried the DNS flushing a few times, no luck there. Tried the stop/start dns cache also with no luck.

Just an update, folks. We have been in close talks with the developers and we are discussing things. Thank you so far for posting your names and exactly what is happening to you. I apologize that there isn't more information at this time to share, but I just wanted to let you all know that we haven't just posted this thread and then forgot about it.

Flushing DNS will not work if the problem is with the game's server! I have tried to connect from 3 different computers on 2 separate networks to make sure it wasn't something with my computer or network! Neither fixed the issue as I continue to be unable to connect. It is currently 4:22pm EST! I'm very understandable about system crashes, but I do hope that Ubi will make it up to those heavily affected by this unfortunate issue!

As of 5:45 PM ET I am still not able to log in. Still receiving the server call failed error.

Just thought i'd add my name here. Been having trouble with the Server Crash and Server Call Fail for a couple days now.
