[Ubi Official] Technical Problems - UPDATED

I can guess what happen to my account.

I made this new one to test if i can login to the zues server and it works fine.

The problem is probably a bug in the game. It probably have something to do with the player assigning commands on his island while the server was laggy and buggy 3 days ago. The only thing i did while the server was slow and laggy 2-3 days ago is started my adventure and send my general back and forth and started attacking some camps. One of the last command i did was to assign troops to my general at my island and i tried to send him to the adventure island.

The only other thing i did that might cause problem is upgrading my mine and assign some buffs which appeared after some delay. I think there is some delay in the command i assign on my island. But now the server can not finish or follow my commands anymore causing error on my island. I don't know how the game is design but i know the problem have something to do with people assigning commands when the server is laggy and buggy. Also it might have something to do with trades, i did some trading during the baggy/laggy server.

All you have to do Ubisolf is look at the problem accounts and find the common problem on it. Then you find the bug and hopefully fix it. Those of us that can not login did something that triggered a bug in the game. For example i see some post in this forum about people having problems visiting their adventure island. During the server lag 3 days ago this problem also happened to me. I relog to try fix this but after that i did not attempt to visit my adventure island anymore. Soon after i can not login anymore so i assume i did some trading or upgrade on my island which cause this error on my island.

Ubisolf should have shutdown the server as soon as there is some problems with the server instead of letting people keep playing and causing more problems. Now that the server is back to normal, those people who have errors on their island can not login. I can only see a rollback if that is possible on their account to few hours before the server problems (3 days from this post) when everything is fine to fix this.

Please reply to this thread if you are still (as of 9:45 am EST) unable to log into the game, or the chat server is not working for you.

5:07 pm...First off I have to apologize to BB_meesherbeans, tough luck on having to deal with all the shots at you. I have seen you in Global trying to make a difference in relations. I know you are just PR and have little to do with the game development aspect. We are all frustrated with being locked out,(3 days too) and we all have resources depleting. I was finishing an adventure and I was hoping for just a straight answer, we have all appreciated the hard work that went into it's creation!

still unable to log on.... this is getting frustrating.... I just bought and spent 24K of gems.... and now I am going to lose control of maximizing that benefit.... I don't think I will pay another cent for playing this game....

btw i read in recent article they made $40-60 million this year from this game alone. Beating 9 years of sales on the Settlers franchise PC game.

There is NO WAY they made that much money from this game
