8:15 AM EST - No change for me either. Same Server Zone crash, and Server Call Fail messages - looks like my island is lost. =(
5:35 AM (PST) - Still getting the same message:"Server call failed". It seems like the update doesn't fix the problem.
yes dont waste your money on this game ive spent money on it and cant even play and looks like theres no end to the problem in sight and no one will stand up and tell as whats going on looks to me like are accounts have be deleted people in game cant get on are islands as well this to me is a total loss of data time to start refunding are money
I understand that your probably trying to get the problem fixed but really, how hard is it to post updates?
9am EST, October 4th. Still can't get on.

5:00 AM Pacific = 8:00 AM Eastern, 7:00 Central, 6:00 Mountain.
It's 7:29 Mountain, and the server is still wonky. Can sign in, but chat servers are not loading, and screen is only partially loading the island. Daily quest loaded, but Guild Quest did not load. Guild members menu is completely empty, and everyone has been dumped into Friends menu. I'm assuming that this will all clear up within the next hour or so after the 384302840328028 players wanting to rebuild mines are all not trying to sign in at once, although the login queue is not showing x of x number for login.

Quick update:
We do see that some players are still having some issues. Thank you for letting us know the error is still occurring, and thank you so much for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are looking into these accounts. If you do have a support ticket open with our support team already, please do not create another one. Multiple tickets do not help us pinpoint issues any faster.
I will update you as soon as I know more.
