[Ubi Official] Technical Problems - UPDATED

At this point, I think the clinic would have a better shot at fixing things. Yet another day, yet more server issues, yet more "we're aware and working on it". AND YET ANOTHER TEST SERVER PROMO.

Some serious lack of priorities on development here. For some reason, I like this game. I'd like to continue playing this game. But it may be time to move on to a game that is more interested in supporting it's main game server, rather than it's test server. Don't like the thought of just walking away, but it's becoming more appealing.

I'll use the downtime to investigate a few other options people have mentioned to me. I'll give it a couple of days to see what "resolution" occurs. I know I'm not the only one with a fairly short attention span...May want to get serious about this issue, BB.

this is getting crazy. i know stuff happens. but this is out of hand. my gold mines consume a parrot every 2.5 hours, and its been days. It might be one thing if my guild mates could buff my stuff, but even they cannot access my island. roll-back the server, give me my money back, do something.

I don't think anyone can atm. Emergency maintenance to try and fix the log in crash, since regular maintenance didn't fix it.

Thanks for the info, psaltery. Just got on here this morning and didn't know what was going on. After reading thru the forum, I'm a little more informed.... Although, it's hard to pick thru the typical whining and complaining, threats to quit, etc.... LOL! < this doesn't help the problem, people.

Hi there, everyone. I really can't apologize enough for the lack of response to the issues you've been experiencing. We're working on them as hard as we can, and will be updating you as we get more information.

Please reply to this thread if you are still (as of 9:45 am EST) unable to log into the game, or the chat server is not working for you.


Update for everyone as of noon EST 10/3/2012:

There should be a fix for these log in issues applied during the weekly scheduled maintenance tonight/tomorrow morning. We apologize for the frustrations, and if you still have any other problems after this, please contact our support team so they can look into it.

I wasn't going to complain about last night, things happen...ok, so I lost tons of things because I couldn't buff my island, no big...........NOW, IT'S A BIG, you shut me down with only 12 minutes to go on the buffs I had on...AGAIN, I am losing gold/titanium/weapons!!! You seriously couldn't give a warning??? 5 minutes, 10 maybe so we could shut things down???? Now, you can't apologize enough!!

Oh my, they gave us almost a half hour notice before this new shutdown....it was plenty of time to put things to sleep or stop production...they had a popup in game..and also on facebook as well as a post here in the forum...
