i bought an ultimategamecard from a friend with $20 on it i bought $10 worth of gems (1700) and it billed me the full $20 ive sent 2 tickets to BB and have gotten no response i'd be carefull buying gems from BB they have made no effort to fix it and the same thing could happen when you if you buy gems. i would like my 1700 gems

Have you used one of these before? When you say "it billed me the full $20" what does that really mean? When you enter the card's number, it will deplete the full $20 from the card, but if you go to purchase more gems you'll see the remaining balance available. Or if you log into Ultimate Game Card's site, you may the balance available. I don't know if you can take that balance to another game at this point, but you should research that with Ultimate Game Card. I've used these cards many times on other games, and have a friend who's used them successfully here. Though never in a partial way as you did.

Also - BB's generally been very responsive to tickets at least in the auto-response acknowledgement. There have been times where they've experienced some issues on this, but the more likely scenario is that their automated emails are getting caught up in a spam filter.

you cannot use just half the card...if you read the small print you will see that....the rest will be redeemed for this game when you buy the gems...it will be in credit...if you only wanted to use 10bucks then thats the size of card you should have purchased

I'm actually glad you mentioned those details...as my best option for buying stuff for this game is the Ultimate Game Card, but the only place that sells them anywhere near my place (that I know of, I will have to look more) only sells them in 20$ denominations, and I was wondering about that.
