When you hit "reply to thread" click on "Go Advanced" in the bottom right.
The attach a file button is a paper clip with up and down triangles next to it.
upload your picture to a host site, like tumblr or photobucket. copy the url of the pic
on the reply tool bar, select the icon that says "insert image" and past the url there.
Not an easy one to carve but it would be cool none the less.
