I just thought the people who could not log in were banned for a day. There is a member of my guild who was the only person able to log on during the crash. Now that things are up and running again he seems to be banned. It could be that by him being able to log in during the downtime that data was corrupted. If that is the case it may be a total lose...

can't zoom in or out w/ mouse wheel anymore - and when I try to use the built in map mover - it shoots me back to the Home Page!!!

Know your feeling Zombie. I was able to make small actions every 5-10 login attempts. After an hour I was able to switch off my gold chain before lvl 5 mines collapsed and smelters/coinages an unbuffed too long.
