Let's all ***** about UBI/BB but demand a sale so we can spend more money on their product. You all make no sense. Agreed 100% you dont give them money for bad Service if this was real life and someone ripped you off in person would you ask please sir can I have another for 50% off... no you take them to court and sue there butts to the stone ages!

the crashes are a paibn compensation would be nice but it happens with online gaming stop complaining and get over it you know this game rocks or you would not be here wanting it back if you cant handle it go play checkers or monopoly
You've lost nothing technically due to a roll back... except for time, progression and some fun being able to play during the downtime (in which case it would be NICE for BB to throw some bones to keep the impatient people with the game). It is like, if you bought a car last night and then you wake up today morning to find out that you've been taken back in time to yesterday morning. Of course now you don't have that car because still its the freakin morning! But you have all your money you intend to spend on the car... stop crying.
But that being said, BB operates this game on the lowest possible cost. It's a company and its goal is make money, not serve the best "free" game ever in a gold platter. So, you should never expect top tier devs or tech guys working on this game. The customer service make up for that gap by being very vague and crafty. That's how they operate and it's not gonna change. So, hang in there for a few days for them to figure out something. Or find another game.. or better yet, go oustide and enjoy sunshine or what is left of it (depending on your location).

Ha! I wouldn't mind Volunteering for work like this... As long as I can do this at home and whenever I have the free time too... But for coding and stuff... Ill keep that for the experts.
