    I kinda like the idea of the hamster in the wheel concept. Perhaps they died and they need to train more of them.

    I'll recommand you not to use the word "frustrated" so many times, Some people may b offended by your language. I saw this word coming from you at least 10 times now. Soft skills will go a long way.

    'Server Zone crashed' box keeps popping up as it's about to log in. Haven't been able to log in for days now. No info. about what's really going on with a lot of accounts. Were they permanently lost?

    lol if you percieve things this way you will infuriate yourself quickly. Its a free game pre - beta with pay to play option. Dont buy more gems until it runs at a level satisfactory to your expectation , ask for gems back that are rolled back and if they dont come , you have the option to send in a refund request to your credit card company or bank before 21 days elapse. Be fore-warned many games freeze the accounts of people who do this , right or wrong. I havent heard fo this happening here and certianly a customer would be justified to do it but who knows what the consequences would be so before you take that final step , be prepared to walk away.

    Otherwise your only other option is to calm down and wait for them to fix it. It may not be easy and take them a while , it may not be fixable at all (I really would hope not) , or it may be solved in the next couple days.

    For my part , Im going to be patient. At least I can login even if I cant start an advent or get renumeration for lost advents and loot yet. I feel soory for those of you that cant even login , but again , there are only so many options here. Find some patience , occupy your time and check back if you want to see what the problem is / play again.
