    TOTAL FAIL ON UBISOFT Support Staff

    I sent in a ticket after the server crash about no being able to finish my adventure ... now the adventure has expired and I get a Server call failed everytime i load the game, I CANNOT PLAY AT ALL ...

    UBISOFT YOU HAVE FAILED ... PLEASE FIX ASAP AND RESPOND TO MY TICKET ....

    I understand you are frustrated, and we do apologize for that frustration, but pleas refrain from directly insulting people. Please check your spam filters to make sure that any response sent from our CS staff was not caught by them!

    I Have the same problem, I cannot play either. I agree UBISOFT HAS FAILED

    I had issue a ticket on my part for the same problem and they responded, "We are aware of the situation and we apologize" really that's it?

    hehe.. this is why I don't pay for online games. I can't imagine how angry I'd be if I had Gems sitting that I'd paid for.
