    I Might Leave This Game...And So Should You...

    I am actually seriously contemplating leaving this game despite how fun and addictive it is; I could actually be a little more productive in real life if I did this, who would have thought. This "crap" has been happening ever since I started playing (and most likely before as well). I've spent money on this game but I guess I should have spent more so they could treat us like customers. Hope what you got out of me was worth it BB/Ubisoft I had tons more to give. If there's not a detailed reason posted after the rollback my pretty little face will not be around anymore. This wouldn't stand in my company or any other company I don't know why it works around here.

    There I got my complaint out of the way, line them up!

    I hope I see all of you whenever the server comes online but if not... thanks for everything guys/gals it was fun while it lasted. And goodbye forum for now as well. Ciao!

    This is terrible I have spent money on this game now they are server down again and say they will rollback but unsure how far they will rollback this is disgusting, all the hours I have put into the game added with the money I have spent on the game, its a complete joke I will be contacting consumer rights about this I will also be looking to getting as many others to do the same...

    I have worked in I.T. for 17 years never have I seen such unprofessional work as I do here now...

    No ETC, Having to rollback not being able to say how far its terrible I could imagine this happening in some of the banks I have worked, as if, in most of the places I have worked you mess up so bad that there needs to be a massive outage and roll back you would be out the door so fast even marched out by security...

    so you roll back what about all the resources we will lose level we lose, everything what the hell are we spending money for on a game that is clearly no past ALPA stage and should not be live if is not stable enough to be running..

    They need to come up a large compensation package if they want to keep all the hordes of unhappy players on here. This server issue is close to the last straw for me I have put way too much money and way too much time into this game for them to say oh well that how the cookie crumbles. BB, man up, fess up, and take care of your customers which is anyone who has spent any money on this game by the way.

    Odd thought, what if they find the cause of the issue and it is about 2-3 months back? I was not playing then. That would mean I would have to start all over again.

    A few hours? It's been like 6+ hrs. I 've never seen such poor communication with an outage before!

    That doesn't tell us when it will be fixed and tell us how much of a rollback you are doing. That's my point.
