When Senatry as a game crashed for 32 hours last year, it lost a lot of popularity, but those who stuck around were given a bonus for the lost time. Perhaps you could post a voucher for 100 diamonds on the main login page and leave it there for 48 hours once the maintenance is done. That would be an ample reward for the player's patience and loyalty. What say you?

I agree with you Knight, but I seriously doubt they will do anything. I wonder how far back they plan on going with their rollback. My game worked perfectly up until they took the server down today for emergency maintenance.

That won't even come close to compensation should they roll back significant progress. You will have not only lost progress but lost production and people may or may not lose levels, materials, buildings, adventures. etc.. 100 gems may be enough for you, but they should at least make an attempt at making things whole.
what about those who may have lost ALOT more than 100gems and upgraded buildings, and geos and veterans you buy with those gems.... 100 gems isnt enough to re-coup for the damage this has caused for alot of us. maybe they should take that into consideration.Originally Posted by Knight_Conquerer

I was also having no issues so bummer for me. Seriously though, if they role back a day or even a week what have you "lost" other than time? Anything you did you can do the exact same thing you did last time in the exact same way. I can see if you scammed someone with an unfair trade (shame on you by the way) that would be hard to repeat, but what else really is there that could not be duplicated?
After the easter event FAIL! They blamed wascally wabbits, but the compensation was fairly significant. Several rabbits feet (4x 48hr buff), coins, and other wonderful gifts.
I'd hope to see some significant rewards again -- like a witch tower or recycler, some Red Flying Settlers, granite, and maybe a Nords.
i will have lost the money i spent on gems yesterday, the jolly geo i bought and the vet, as well as all upgraded buildings and the army i just rebuilt after my adventure yesterday. so yea, its alil more than just time i will lose, but thanks anyways

i am not happy with the fact that it will prolly be a roll back of 1 week to a month and the compensation most likely not be enough to compensate for a 1-2 day roll back this is disappointing
They like the dirt that's on my knees, the way I still say please while they'are looking down at me. I am their favorite dam disease.
