Hell no rollback please! I'd hate this game if rollback happens. There will never be enough compensation honestly, and really you should backup the game frequently, CEO.
And 100 gems is not a significant compensation, if they ever make it. Time and interest are more valuable, if they rolled back the game for a week (a month is absolutely bad), they would have to make a much better compensation.

Yeah, me too. I bought another 4800 yesterday and upgraded a bunch of bldgs and mines. I am also in the middle of an adventure as well and was rebuilding my army. This really sucks big time! Would be nice if they could check the logs and give us back what we had. Don't know how they'd do that tho...

Rollback the entire game for Everyone because a Small Percentage of ppl couldn't login? To fix the problem for the few without affecting the whole would have been preferable. News flash bulletin, this is NOT a new problem. A member of my guild was shut out of her account for days a few weeks back - identical issue. They remedied the problem without a rollback then. Is there really no other way?
When I think of the progress I made just in this last week alone - the advs I did, the loot I received, the upgrades I did, almost having levelled and now have to do everything over again?!? Will I get the same advs? Will I get the same loot? Will I sustain the same losses? Roll back 1 week to a month - seriously?
Very disappointing. The first thing I learned about computers is to always ALWAYS make a backup and frequently. We are reassured that we'll only lose our time, nothing more. Excuse me but my time is worth something to me. How much is my time moreover my loyalty, worth to BB? We shall see...
