Good luck with compensation. It took me 2 weeks to resolve an issue, they could care less, as demonstarted by these repeated outages. This is complete BS!

I was not having any problems at all ,sever was working great as was the cases with all members of my guild.After reading some of the post here sounds like many of us that were having no problems stand to lose quite a bit.This will seriously affect how much my guild will spend on this game from now on.

I just spent REAL money on this game this week...if i lose it, or the time i spent on this game this week...i WILL be incredibly vocal about it...EVRYWHERE!!!
emsjeff, if you have valid proof of wht happened they compensate you quickly.... just the other day i had a problem with it charging me double wht something was worth... took 1 day for them to get back to me and a direct whisper to a bb but i was compensated in the end
ya well i spent over $35 in gems this week alone, cleared my island and upgraded a great many things...i sure hope they compensate...i am sure my bank records and emails are confirmation enough to prove it!
AND I agree 100 gems would be an insult.
a fair compensation would be to fill everyone's warehouses to the maximum limit on all items![]()
well if you bought gems and then they do a roll back you lose those gems. but still have to pay for them because they charged your CC. So yeah that's something "lost"
