    Mmmm....I played Glory of Rome on Kabaam for almost two years. When the powers that be, would put in a new innovation, such as the Halloween one in the works now, the whole game would go in the toilet. Armies disappearing, troops starving etc etc. I have been having issues with Settlers for the last week or so. Yes I was able to log in and play, but buffs purchased weren't working, tt tab was acting up, unable to visit guild members islands etc. I thought then we are in trouble. Now the game has crashed. No one seems to know for how long and little if any information is being handed down to us. Oh boy, 100 gems to compensate Knight Conquerer, now theres a thrill! I have $50 worth in the last week as I do every month. Now in comparison to what some people are spending, it may not seem like a lot. However, it is a considerable amount for me. Here is another thought how much of a mess will we be in when they put the changes in for lev 52? As for pvp, I don't think so lol

    I certainly did have "valid" proof. I got a reply within 1 day. However the reply was a "blow-off". I responded, and 2 days after that, I get an answer that had nothing to do with the problem. I responded to that, and finally 2 weeks later, someone corrected the issue. I checked with others, and found they had the same issue, so this wasn't anything new, they(person handling issue) just didn't want to, or didn't know how to deal with the issue. With that said, my experiences with "customer service" has been limited, but it has been negative. I get the feeling the prevailing attitude is that they are doing US a favor, instead of treating us as customers. This "outage" is a prime example. Is this a hobby for them or a business. Nothing personal towards you, just venting frustration, but if you got your issue resolved in a day, then more power to you, I will count you as one of the lucky ones.

    wow this is getting ridiculous please just give us an update on when we can play again your last update was way over 12hours ago and still no info for us

    I want a refund for this "rollback" period so I can find another game.

News flash bulletin, this is NOT a new problem. A member of my guild was shut out of her account for days a few weeks back - identical issue. They remedied the problem without a rollback then. Is there really no other way?

    When I think of the progress I made just in this last week alone - the advs I did, the loot I received, the upgrades I did, almost having levelled and now have to do everything over again?!? Will I get the same advs? Will I get the same loot? Will I sustain the same losses? Roll back 1 week to a month - seriously?

    Very disappointing. The first thing I learned about computers is to always ALWAYS make a backup and frequently. We are reassured that we'll only lose our time, nothing more. Excuse me but my time is worth something to me. How much is my time moreover my loyalty, worth to BB? We shall see...

    Proper compensation would be double your gems purchases for the periode of rollback, the end!

    Im just looking forward to my refunded gem put back....hmmm maybe invest in a gempit or two....lol
