What is totally getting me, is that this was touted as a "problem with some people logging in". I personally had NO issues. i JUST started spending money on the game because i WAS enjoying it, and literally, no kidding, i spend my last 2 gems and you guys shut it down. Now I am a patient person, most of the time, but if this kind of communication from support staff is what I can expect, then my hard earned REAL LIFE money won't be spent here. I may have to go find a snail game to play like heroes of gaia or something else. This keeping people in the dark...you CAN NOT honestly say that you, the support and IT staff, DO NOT know what is going on. If you truly dont, then share that with people...lets see how many remain.
