Thats easy nothing lost just a few pieces of granite didnt cost you anything right pretty much free as far as the developers are concerned just wondering did you use gold coins which cost parrots which cost gems which cost real money does that mean real money is worthless to...... hey they should give us gems since gems are worthless
Well what you choose? Repairing stuff for half month + missing upcoming event or roll back? I know its pain. A friend started to play this game last week so he will have to start everything again, but no one ever said you that life is fair and easy. I guess I agree with roll back as long as they do it fast.
Would be helpful to provide some information to the community on what 'roll back' actually means in days. 1-30days as I've seen many ppl refer to seems a lil too unspecific. The very useful update page on this issue is not being updated with enough information. Is it that u have no idea still how far back u are going or would u just rather ppl log back in when (if) it is available again only to discover its now a month earlier in their progress. I'd think it better to set our expectations b4 that point. I for one don't have the energy to repeat everything I've done in the last 30days....
It has nothing to do with good/bad ways. ATM it a choice long time repairing and rather obscure chance of success or fast rollback + gem refund? I choose the later. besides, I am too lazy to search and read some rules where ever they are, but i guess they don't guarantee anything for selling gem items to other players. And if so you cant demand anything as you do that at your own risk. Well most games state that they don't encourage that and wont help if anything wrong happens so I doubt this one is an exception. BTW that's why I have a personal rule to not spend real money on internet games, because there are too many ways to loose everything you get there. For example: server shutdowns (licence expires, owners decide that they don't run it anymore or something else), rollbacks, pvp (when some gang just decides to completely eliminate you), etc.
EDIT: But what is really weird EU servers don't have this problem. So far everything is working so I guess it's not related to updates.
So you agree Ubisoft should run these games for free on servers they paid for at no cost? wouldnt happen they would need advertising dollars coming and I dont see that happening as advertising to people who dont pay is like throwing away money and I dont think this game would run if there wasnt gem buyers let alone the staff that does get paid wondering where my money coming from
I want compensation!!!!
